For cardholders -- many of whom got fed up with: the jacked up interest rates even if payments received on time; soldiers deployed to Iraq believing Cap1 would make a record of their unavailability promising to retain their accounts "current"; indexed fees and made changes to consumers' agreements when clicking "I Accept" under the fine print terms of service required in order for cardholders to make online payments.

No listing for that Bank in San Antonio, Tx and no listing for that number. All voices have a heavy mid-eastern accent.

Paula, do not worry about this phone call regarding the threats of being picked up and taken to jail. He is nothing more than a scam artist. I called my local sheriff's dept, bank, court house, and they all said to ignore these calls. Tell "Steven" that you've reported him and the phone number he's calling from, to the authorities. He'll stop calling. He's NOT from the BCI or any other governmental agency. He'll get caught, it's just a matter of time.

Calls at least twice a week--usually between 8am and 9am. No one answers when I pick up.
